Public Information

At ITSCI, our commitment to responsible sourcing begins at grassroot level, with a dedicated field team continuously collecting, verifying, and reporting on OECD Annex II risks and beyond. This includes insights into mining activities, community developments, and the broader political and security landscape.

We are responsible for holding and sharing a wide range of information with diverse stakeholders. In doing so, we prioritise compliance with data holder regulations, the protection of sensitive information sources, and following normal business expectations to avoid influencing competition; noting that the OECD Guidance recognises information such as price and supplier relationships should not be public..

By making credible, first-hand information available, we support company members with their due diligence obligations and support governments and civil society in fostering good governance and continuous improvement in the mining sector. While we share information promptly with our member companies, partner governments, and advisors, we are also pleased to publish insights here at a later stage.
