In the first quarter of 2026, eight new members were approved as ITSCI Full Participants, all from the Great Lakes Region:

Participants Changes
The following Participants were suspended due to significant failure to fulfil financial obligations or to provide sufficient evidence of due diligence implementation:
- DFSA Mining Congo Sarl was expelled on 15th January 2026.
- MTALX Ltd was expelled on 15th January 2026.
- NPM Silmet OÜ was expelled on 15th January 2026.
- Tantalium Minerals Trading Ltd was expelled on 15th January 2026.
- Vin Metal Synergies FZE was expelled on 15th January 2026.
- Yinchuan Kinfintra Ltd was expelled on 15th January 2026.
The following applications failed due to provisional participants not completing the application process, including a lack of response, failure, and/or refusal to provide required documentation and/or information:
- HongKong Minetraco Limited failed on 15th January 2026.
- Ineza African Mining Ltd failed on 15th January 2026.
- Max Joy International Industrial Ltd failed on 15th January 2026.
- Wanrun Resources Holdings Pte Ltd failed on 15th January 2026.
