US Court denies the requested freeze on SEC’s Conflict Minerals Rule

On 14th May the DC District Court of Appeals denied the emergency request of industry groups to halt or ‘stay’ the Conflict Minerals Rule, or at least the Rule’s 2nd June reporting deadline. Companies are expected to be completing their analysis and, if necessary, their drafting of Form SDs and Conflict Minerals Reports to be ready to file by the deadline.
