A new interactive flowchart explaining the SEC conflict minerals rule has been released by US law firm Squire Sanders. The basic flowchart found in the SEC rule has been adapted to add links to explanations and references for the key terms found in the conflict minerals rule and is therefore a very useful tool to guide companies impacted by the law to understand what steps may need to be taken.
