Further to our previous communication regarding the transition of the ITSCI Secretariat and ITSCI Programme to a new organisational and operating structure, we are providing a brief update on the transition timeline.

Due to the additional time required to complete all final legal processes, the transition is now planned for 1st May. From that day, UK independent not-for-profit Company Limited by Guarantee, The ITSCI Organisation, will administer the ITSCI Programme as its Secretariat.

This revised timeline ensures a smooth transition across human resources, financial management, and administration, and supports our commitment to maintaining continuity of operations, avoiding any disruption to field activities, and ensuring full compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.
